Hello beautiful friends in agricultural mindset community. It is indeed very good to be back for another experience here with us.

I really do love to share with us something that I learnt last year and it has been very helpful to me. Sometimes when people face difficulty it helps them to develop so many new things and this will come as a result of finding a way of survival during hard times.

From last two years when food stuff became very expensive I started hearing people talking about using sweet potatoes to make flour that will replace that of yam and cassava that was very expensive at the time. I decided to try it because there is no harm in trying out new things. After all it was the cheapest commodity in the market.

I started asking how to go about it and I was told what I want to teach us today. The process is below here for us👇
- Get your sweet potatoes
- Wash it very well to remove every dirt in it
- Slice at tiny as you can to allow it dry fast
- Soak it in water for three days. Each day you need to change the water
- Spray it in sun for days until it is dried enough to be blended.
- Take it to a blending machine to help blend it to powder form.
The flour is ready for use. You can use it to make 🍰 cake and also make swallow.

Please enjoy your sweet potatoes flour
