I also do planned to have Guinea Pigs, those furry one, maybe January next year. I need to plant more grasses to secure the greens.
Indeed, alternative is the best choice for now. Also formulating my own version of commercial feeds should be follows soon. Need machine to do that cannot afford yet haha.
If you do guinea pigs, they gonna breed like there's no tomorrow and it's super easy breeding them. Just make sure that they don't get sick especially during rainy days. Guinea pigs don't do well during rainy days and even in the water. I lost some of the old ones due to roof leakage in my yard.
