El nombre real de la sabila es Aloe Vera pero en mi Llano Venezolano es conocida como la sabila , es una planta verde que tiene diversas puntas filosas.

La sabila Contienen vitamina A, B1, B2, B6, B12 y C, estas vitaminas se encuentran en la pulpa , el cual debe ser bien lavada antes de usar
