El tomate es una fruta que puede ser de tres colores verde,rojo o amarillo su piel es lisa y brillante,su pulpa es muy jugosa y las semillas son planas y de color amarillas.
The tomato is a fruit that can be of three colors: green, red or yellow, its skin is smooth and shiny, its pulp is very juicy and the seeds are flat and yellow in color.
La planta del tomate tiene aproximado de 100 a 120 días para el desarrollo del fruto desde el primer día de la siembra. Esta planta mayormente se da en invierno.
The tomato plant takes approximately 100 to 120 days for the development of the fruit from the first day of sowing. This plant mostly grows in winter.
El tomate es una fruta que puedes encontrar en cualquier supermercado o frutería de mi región Venezolana o en cosecha.

El tomate contiene vitamina A y es muy nutritivo para la circulación sanguínea, el tomate contiene un alto potasio y un bajo nivel de sodio que evita la retención de liquido.
Tomato contains vitamin A and is very nutritious for blood circulation, tomato contains high potassium and low sodium level that prevents fluid retention.
