especialmente a los grandes amantes de la naturaleza, del campo y del cultivo , hoy vengo con mucho orgullo a mostrarle la protagonista de mi jardín mi planta de ají dulce , pues si ya empezó a dar frutos, ésta planta es ideal para cultivar en jardines pequeños sembradas directamente en el suelo o en macetas.
Aquí seguimos con mucho entusiasmo avanzando en la jardinería actividad que me apasiona.

El ají dulce es una variedad de pimientos pequeños de color brillante y gran sabor aliado en la gastronomía venezolana en sofritos, guisos y sancochos aportando no sólo sabor sino un rico aroma.
Ésta planta es duradera, con buenos cuidados puede vivir por más de un año, hablo de éstas cultivadas en macetas, cultivadas en buen terreno puede llegar a sobrevivir hasta más de dos años

Realmente si podemos cultivar y cocechar hierbas, verduras o frutas frescas directamente en nuestro el jardín, todo es cuestión de proponérselo, no necesitamos grandes hectáreas de tierra.
Cuando aparece la floracion nos alegramos, la flor es el órgano reproductivo de la planta de sólo necesita polinizadores y nos permitira obtener los frutos es decir cada flor representa un ají.

Hice un semillero, de unos ajíes maduros que me regalaron, germinaron varias mandé unas para un terreno y allá fueron atacadas por bachacos y no prosperaron, las que me quedaron en casa bellas y generosas con gran cantidad de frutos.
Aún no los e despegado de la planta,estoy esperando alcance su grado de madurez, aunque así ya están listos para darle sabor a nuestra comida y compartir con mis vecinas.
