The handling of animals is always a major Factor when it comes to animal production and most especially rabbit and some other small animals. Whenever you are choosing your animals you need to choose wisely to make sure that you have everything it takes to bring them up in terms of feeding and more importantly where they will stay which is also called the PEN. So many of us farmers always have one problem or the other while facing up the challenges and it brings down more products of breeding.

Before launching into animal breeding you always need to analyze how best you feed your. This feeding required a lot of positive energy as it is done practically. I always emphasize more because what it is been illustrated in most books is highly different so when you get into the field you face another perspective of Farming entirely. In my own case I do not always joke with practical explanations. So many people may think it is just a word of the mouth but it is absolutely a genius words. Seeking for more open up to good animal production. I have done several practical applications showing a lot of science physically and that is why I always categorize my animals into different sections. There are some animals when they are not wellfed what they do is after the pregnancy stages they will feed on their own offspring. Let me explain more better. Sometimes if you are a rabbit farmer you may see that your rabbit will give birth and in few days or few hours you observe that the new young ones are not there anymore. They have consumed it as fleshy as it is. That is why cannibalism in animal production is also a big deal. I know that some of us may have experienced this so many months ago, years ago or days ago and we may be looking out for advices or people to tell and discuss with. what is going on in our Farm so this is the reality that nobody can tell you. So we need to always face the reality of life about agriculture how to make improvement and more solutions to problems.

Giving your animals different types of food products or feed will always motivate them to grow more in sizes as well as building up their body system. They are fully matured they will absolutely know how to cater for new young ones diva is you cross breed your animals. We have a lot to discuss regarding this.

What I always do is to initiate new animal food to feed my animals with a lot of first and research and how to reduce a lot of acidity in it if I found more acid in them. Just like in the case of potato or potato peel. There is one thing called cyanide in potato. This is very deadly to animals even in human being as well if raw potato it is being consumed in a large quantity. But for animals some of the animals may is it a digest this while some may take a very long.
Period Of time to digest it which may cause a lot of harm to them. So what I do is when I fetch more of the potato pills I spread them into the sun for 5 hours or more to make them shrink and also to reduce a lot of cyanide in them.

This is how it was done and the reason for it. The animals with always physic when the consume large amount of Cyanide. I have done so much practical experiment to bring in more authentication on this.

These are some of the animals and they are not fully hybrid rabbit breed because they are crossbreed from another type of rabbit called The New Zealand white. Here in Nigeria we hardly have pure breed of some animals because immediately they are introduced into the country they will be mated by different breed as well to keep records and also to bring some authentification of originals out. And that is how it will keep spreading such that the original breed will keep reducing with time.

Although,they are very good breed because they do not always get sick at all unless they are being bitten by predators. And that is why most people also mix animal breed. The mixed breed are always more vibrant and rugged. They do not always get sick or dead unless if they have any other predator attacking them.

The regular routine must always be done which are given the rabbit a very good clean water every morning, afternoon and evening. Some of the rabbits grade are always extremely too playful. So they always tends to play with water, the drinker as well as the feeders. So you need to ensure that you clean them every moment. You also need to ensure a very good clean environment or pen.

Another practice I do is always to make sure that I make my rabbit to jump up and down, run here and there for some few minutes before concluding if they are healthy or not. If I observe that some of them are not good in this exercise practice then I will quickly I select them into a new environment for thorough observations and check.

After that I switch to the next activity which is feeding proper. I also spend a lot of time with this because so many rabbits may feel extremely healthy without consuming food. So you need to keep observing your animals one at a time. So that you will not be mislead.

Sometimes I also let the potato peel to get extremely dry so that it will look more crunchy and they will keep on feeding on it even overnight. So the practice can go on for a very longer period of time.

But if you observe that your animals are not feeding so well then you need to caution yourself and give them another type of food of it entirely to keep them more healthy.
