There are so many reasons why you need to keep records in your farm. You need to know when and when your crops do show some maturity stages and signs just like the fruiting stages as well.
I was very fortunate to be around when this white eggplant started forming up its new pods for its Produce. It a very long time record but you need to keep them so well.
