The use of natural plants, trees, back of trees, shrubs, seeds, flowers as natural medicine is one of those things that really keep so many people going and also putting them in place in terms of their health status likewise in terms of looking more younger. I could imagine meeting an old woman who is about 85 years old and making more conversation with her and all what she told me was mainly the use of natural plants as herbs everyday, if not every day you take them three times in a week and if possible continuously you take them slightly. The way I related with the woman just like my grandma. So she came down to show me some few leaves or plants that are very useful to the body even as a young child or as a growing adult.
The conversation lasted for so many hours because you know as an elderly person you tend to write so many things down or take some voice note on what the person is actually saying. So I would like to give more on natural medicine as time goes on you can absolutely watch out for some herbs or some techniques on how to go about it, step-by-step method. I really learnt alot during our conversation. And for this reason I love to share my own knowledge on what I already learnt. For some people it is not ideal but for so many people it is very good to use natural plant or to even consume them.
- This plant in Yoruba language it is called a name of a person otherwise known as Akintola but when you want to pronounce this particular plant you put the word leaf 🌿🍀 to it to make it complete us the name implies. So this plant is very useful in so many ways which can be seen naturally in the woods. But in some States you may find it around your house the street or better still you can work so many miles before you see this particular plant. Also grow in masses you can possibly see just one stand of the plant but before you know it, it starts to grow up more in a spreadsheet form just like you can see them in these pictures.
- This life is very medicinal in the sense that first of all it can be used to clean fresh wound. You can see how medical it is and it's just natural. You don't need to add anything before you can use it on a fresh wound. All what you can do is to fetch it from its tree just like 5 to 6 pieces of leaves. Then you rub it very well with your palm in a very hard way just like you are scrubbing or washing your clothes with your hands. It will start bringing out juice naturally then the Juice will be applied to the fresh wounds one after the other. Within a short period of time it does two work. It will stop the blood from rushing out continuously. Then also it will quickly created a blood clot and it will cover up the wounds.
- It is also used as a mixture with other leaves to prepare a concussion for malaria and typhoid among others. Be dry with leaves also is included into some babies herbs for walking during the 10 months old siesta.
- It can be stored in a very cool environment and leave it to dry off naturally. When it's dry off naturally it also has more nutrients in the leaves and branches.
