Harvesting and caring for my crops

Today another day taking care of my garden and mainly checking if the vegetables are ready to be harvested, especially the broad beans that I planted a few months ago.
I love broad beans and that's why I've only eaten them twice this year and I really want to eat them a few more times. I went today to see if they were ready to be harvested and I saw that they were, at least the majority, so I had to harvest part of the broad bean plantation and I also had to peel them, removing the so-called eye from the top of the beans so that they are very tasty when cooked.
I still left a few more beans that weren't ready yet and that I'm waiting for another week or two to be ready for another harvest.

Checking my pepper plantation

Today I also went to check my peppers and saw that they are already developing well, I hope that another month and I will have good peppers to harvest and that here at home we use a lot to add to salads and even to make some stir-fries.

Taking care of my cucumber plantation

I still had a little time to check my cucumbers, which I love after picking them and adding them to salads along with the lettuce.
They are already developing well and in this plantation I always place something underneath them so that as they grow they do not come into contact with the soil to protect themselves when the soil is watered and so that they remain dry even when I water the plants.
