My employees are approximately 25 people to harvest my plantation products and to keep the garden well.
we prioritize their discipline in terms of work and meet the requirements that will be needed in the plantation area. Highly motivated employees can manage themselves and have their own initiative, there are 2 things that must be considered in supervising employees
first we must be close to employees give full enthusiasm to them with our second sincere heart we must pay close attention to the wages / salaries in our workplace and give praise to them so that they feel at home working with us.
if the company is profitable, therefore I will give them an increase in wages by increasing their wages.
There are several motivations that must be given to plantation employees, therefore I encourage employees to work properly and sincerely.
