I do enjoy boiled and roasted corn. But I’ve never thought of its advantage in the body. I was expecting to see it here as your title hinted at it but I guess you missed it.
It’s surprising you still have fresh corn in your state. We’re out of corn in my state. They say it’s no longer the corn season. If you come across any, it won’t be fresh, it’ll be strong but people eat it regardless with groundnut.
