You had me nodding at the record keeping that shows 3 months in and about mroe 4 weeks till harvest. Planting on hips in the rains is smart for drainage and pest pressure, and the hired hands working there show real intent. From an accounting lens, track labor days and input cost per ridge so after harvest you’ll see there profit cleanly. The numbers is what keeps the farm calm when prices wiggle, made even my spreadsheets smile :)

Lol 😆😆. Absolutely. I love the analysis..
Glad it clicks. Dont overcomplicate it.. a simple sheet with date, task, heads, hours, pay rate, and and ridge count will show cost per kg at harvest. Add input qty per ridge so you can spot where it's cheapest and double down :)
