Today unveiling a plant that is rare in this region but there are few. In this region the joba plum is cultivated or planted, there is the Creole jobo and the Creole plum that is also of bone seed.
The size of this jobo is larger and ovoid.
The Indian jobo has a lot of pulp. It is a tree of the Anacardiaceae class that is also known by other names depending on the country.
From the captured images it can be seen that this tree is still young because it has an approximate size of 1 meter and 49 cm.
When they mature they turn yellow and can be eaten fresh or in juice or syrup.

Saludos, cuando está tierno es un poco cítrico, pero a medida que va madurando su sabor es dulce muy parecido al mango y muy oloroso.

La primera vez que probé está fruta, fue un regalo que venía del estado Sucre, de un pueblito de Cumaná. Hoy descubrí en una casa este arbusto muy cargado de jobo pero aún verdes o tiernos. así como se ven en la foto es un poco ácido o cítrico pero al estar maduro tiene un sabor similar al mango y muy aromático.
