setting my goals I firstly check my time schedule, If the range of time I have can actually hit my target..

Setting my target I don't just go straight setting a target for month,i do it in form of daily or weekly basis and before you know have get the monthly goals

Why did you think I do this,so I will get motivated and never get discouraged.
