Certainly... but that’s not how the frontends are designed and encouraged to be used.
Additionally, when Hivers utilize proofofbrain.io, Leo finance.io, naturalmedicine.io, cine, music for life, online buzz, etc. through the designated URL to frontend, the post sometimes draws more token rewards specific the the group.
Not just that, it is the respectful thing to do and creates a ambiance that feels specific.
There’s more to this that I can’t jar out of my brain at this moment.

we will just have to respectfully disagree on that one ;-) It is decentralized social media and by definition that encourages many ways to engage. The font ends have to compete for your attention, with the ambiance you describe. That's what drives competition and makes the whole ecosystem better in the long run. Some people prefer to use a swiss army knife to cut things others prefer to use a dedicated knife for each job , its just a question of preference and has nothing to do with respect IMO.
