I find it helpful to take breaks and quiet my mind by doing relaxing and mindless activities.

With focus and a lot of calm, it is possible to go far...

For me Living in the moment is the best approach to life. Calm and steady, no need to rush.

The moment is all we have to live... tomorrow we don't know...

Too much work for the mind at times can be very dangerous and that is why will need to at least relax our mind a little bit , especially at the point where will need to make decisions
