People need to learn how to work as a team especially at work.
I remember some months back, we nearly lost a patient at a hospital because the matron and the doctor in charge were not in good terms.
Interpersonal conflicts usually affect productivity.

@bbjmed, this single example just highlights a lot, how people allow interpersonal conflicts to come between them and their team. It has really cost organizations a lot, and till people learn to keep things in their proper place, the harm may continue!
