It actually does if it's anything like social media marketing which with the way the feeds are on Leo etc time frames matter. Posting when more people are on means you will be in their feeds more towards the top. Of course as curators we should go through as much if not all the content each day it's nearly impossible for most people nor do most people take the time to do so. So showing up towards the top of feeds increases exposure.
