I just gave access to some trusted Pakistani curators, community collaboration curators, and topic specific curators. I monitor their CSI ratio/percentage/score to see how diverse they r voting. Based on some stats, I update their commission shared with curators. So yes, curators get 0.5%,-3% from curation rewards and rest goes to hpk-x to forever lock as power up to Increase our hp and funds. Then some goes technology fees. A small part goes to founder funds (which is transparent and a fair share, not too unrealistic).
