As for the programming, I've found that we're born not as empty vessels but as products of our ancestry. The coding in our cells is such that even if modern social conventions were less intrusive, we'd still be acting out a part left for us by previous generations/lifetimes, which is one of the main reasons that society works the way it does, built as it is by humans moving mostly on unconscious drives. There are ways we can repurpose these codes to live freely and it seems that you've found some of them. Blessings to you!
