I love this...I know my upvote value doesn't count for much, but I upvote every content that interest me to encourage the authors, it's the least I can do to appreciate their efforts.

That's the right way of doing things here... It doesn't matter "how big is your upvote", what it's important are your time and appreciation... ;)
