I received similar email before and I quickly changed my email passwords. It's really disturbing and scary to receive such threats and a few months ago I was actually hacked and I lost some of my cryptos in my web wallets. We really need to be careful and take good care of our own assets. Have good habits, have good strong passwords, logging out every time when not in use, etc.

I am sorry that you also had to deal with the annoying part, but then even more so when even losing some of your cryptos to these criminals.
