That's an excellent write up thanks. A lot of things that have become second nature for us early doctors are actually very complicated steps that will hinder mass adoption. And, the tech is not fully there yet for that seamless end user experience. Articles like yours are a great reminder of how much more there is to do.

Exactly! If we can improve user interfaces and user experiences for new peeps we'll have a higher onboarding success rate. Wish I knew how to code, I'd attempt to try and make things simpler for the new peeps.
If you can find the people coding for a front end, they might accept some UX help. Often they need testers. !BEER
