To my own understanding I define multitasking as doing several things at the same time without hindering each other. I first learnt about multitasking in a course (GNS) we offered then in my first year in the university and I found it interesting and understood every bit of the topic.
The main reason why I understood every bit of the topic was because of the female lecturer taking us the topic at that moment then. Whenever it was her time to lecture I know the class's going to be lively and knowledge will be shared randomly to everyone in the class. She really made me understand a lot about multitasking and importantly how we can manage time.
After learning multitasking well then, I first experimented it during our exams in my first year which I started by listening to music and at the same reading as well and also doing other things as well and really helped me in getting of my best academic results after finding a way of multitasking for my exams.
Now multitasking is part of my daily routine starting from when I wake from bed to when I sleep. I multitask a lot because it helps minimize and safe time and also increase my level of how my brain works because I tend to be more faster brain wise by managing my time well.
Recently I implemented a new multitask plan which is going well at the moment where I sing, Cook, work out and other things at the same time. Everyone can multitask you just need to find a way best convenient for you.
Multitasking saves a lot of time and ease you some stress while working.
