I recently celebrated my first birthday on Hive. In August 2020 I discovered Hive and after a few days I was determined to grow my account. I thought it was a great way of collecting crypto tokens by investing time instead of money and doing things I already did without being paid for it.
Soon I discovered I wasn’t getting rich quickly. I was annoyed that some Hivers received loads of huge tips for quite crappy content (in my eyes) and I on the other hand received just a few cents for a blog that took me two hours to create.
But I didn’t give up. I kept posting, building my profile, engaging with other users and slowly collecting Hive. Later on I also started collecting other tokens by being active on other communities like Leofinance and ProofOfBrain.
Now, after 12 months of Hive, 10 months of Leofianance and I think 5 months of Proof of Brain I managed to collect quite a bit of tokens;

I’m also keeping track of my progress on the different platforms in an excel sheet.
It’s funny to see that Both Hive and Leo are steadily climbing but POB is catching up fast. That surely has to do with my activity in the Proof of Brain community.
It’s not the question which of these will pass the 3000 mark, but when they will pass it and which one will be the first.
3000 seems to be the magic number this month. On another platform where I've been quite active for a few months I’m also close to 3000. And not in tokens, but in followers.
My Noise.Cash profile (https://noise.cash/u/FriendlyMoose) is quite popular and growing fast. Although a large portion of the followers probably already have quit using the platform I still get a lot of votes on my daily posts from my followers which generates a nice passive income. It will be a matter of days before I pass the 3000 followers there.
My financial goal on Noise.Cash is to reach the 1BCH club. I’m now on 80% of that goal and think I can reach that in a couple a month or two.
The numbers are really beginning to count now. My staked tokens are getting me quite some curation rewards. I’ve delegated my Leo tokens since I spend most of the time curating posts on Proof of Brain and Hive. My POB stake nearly gives me a 2 POB vote which will result in a 1 POB return per vote. That multiplied by 10 votes a day means 10 POB only by curating. And then I will also get some Hive curation rewards as well.
I’m so glad I kept creating content and interacting in the different tribes. It really got me this far, but it’s far from the end. It’s even getting more fun….
I’ll start thinking about the next goal when all tokens have passed the 3000 mark.

You have to stake your POB tokens. I see you have some staked. And vote on posts with the proofofbrain tag.
