people are WAY more incentivized to create posts then to read other people's posts and comment on them, as posts usually have way higher chances of receiving votes (and higher value votes).
I noticed this. But as a community interaction is very important, so well will find a way to do better.

You're 100% correct. As content creators, it's way more important and healthy to receive one engaging comment than one vote; votes aren't personal, they're just a number.
