I finally started painting with water colors again
You know, the real ones ;) I also like the digital ones, but it just doesn't quite compare with mixing the colors with your brush and playing around with them on real paper. I treated myself with a good quality and tried them out here for the first time. I also added a secret I learned. so scroll down if you want to find it out!
So far so good. But now comes the secret I learned. If you want this kind of background effect use some salt. When you sprinkle it on the wet surface the water will be soaked up by the salt and produce this effect :)
