Interesting. I'm glad and figured other people would come to the same conclusion as me for making games to make Hive more enticing. Unfortunately the idea seems pretty undercooked so it's hard to judge it at this stage. But I've been developing for a few years now so I wouldn't expect it to be developed to the point my concept is. I see a lot of design flaws here but it seems to be in the idea stage now so I'm interested in seeing where it goes once the details get ironed out.
I used to run a simialr shares type game format in a business school over 17 years ago based on people buying specific shares in businesses and commodities its a very straight forward method once it has been done once it can be replicated I am asking for suggestions because I want it to be inclusive of the community, not judgemental or rival others
but I have a clear path and knowledge and experience of creating this type of format, which I have used many times, it just needs tweeking for the community audience that is all. Much has not been revealed for a reason.
