 Posted In: Hive Learners | A lot of people who say they are depressed are just dealing with financial issues. This is not me looking down on their predicament or saying they shouldn't feel the way they do. This is just me saying it's okay to feel sad that you don't have money, the sadness may be deep, but it's not depression especially because the mood will eventually change when money comes. A person who is depressed doesn't need money but rather needs people because they are suffering in isolation. Such people do not feel the need to have anyone around, at that point nothing makes sense out of life. I know this because I've been there ... |

 Posted In: Daily Blog | Prepared this beef rice bowl last week for one of our staff meal dinners. I used a tough cut of meat but sliced it thinly then changed the PH of the beef with bicarbonate soda. This is makes the beef so tender and it's just an amazing technique I've fallen in love with. Let it sit with the beef for 30 minutes then wash and rinse the beef before marinating it with soy sauce, white pepper powder, and corn flour. Into the deep fryer it goes for 1 minutes to crisp up and it's done. Yep it literally takes 1 minute to cook ... |
