Yes it hard, to forgive and forget is very for us, but we must do it, so how are we going to do it.
You know sincere this doing again and again, we have same issue with God, which means we sin against God, again and again.
And we ask for forgiveness of sin and answer, and we have been told that we should forgive and forget.
So that God can forgive us and forget our sin
Yes mate, forgivenes is the best thing to do in life though it might be hard maybe to the offence that we are to give others on but of all just like you said and I want to agree with you that ,it is advisable that we forgive each other.
Forgiveness comes from God and we should also learn how to do that,just like one part of the Lord prayers says
