I guess that is one aspect which is ignored on this platform. There are very few efforts done to add the backlinks to #pob platform and to spread the word outside this platform. If you have any suggestions to improve SEO and in any ways if I can contribute, I would be really happy to work with you.

There isn't much one can do about on-site SEO. The devs will have to do that or get an expert to do it. But as far as on-page SEO is concerned, I think that would be on individual authors to optimize their articles before posting.
Do you know of certain general rules which could help the individual authors to optimise their articles ? Is there any minimum vote value associated with the post which makes it visible in the google ?
Of course, there are some tips that can help. Would probably take a post from me. Maybe next week.
