Indeed it is that stretches one a lot often times mentally as one tries to shift to the work offline after a period of rest accustomed to by two days of the weekend. For it been in the guiness record, I don't see that happening as we all gotten accustomed by life to get used to that day.
While some find Mondays very interesting others dread that day. I for one most times don't really like due to the fact that I find current job boring and repetitive. It indeed a day of value due to the work that goes on the beginning of the first week day at work. Guess you love to do things that exert physical and mental strength.
