To make good progress, we must be able to take constructive criticism well. I personally will like to hear criticism than compliment. We shouldn't be too comfortable with certain things if we want the best in us to find expression

Yes... we only grow in life if we know what we are doing wrong, and criticism contributes a lot to our evolution.
