A volcanic eruption that has lasted for months.

The title may sound exaggerated, but they are not exaggerated, since they are the adjectives that researchers are using, they speak of a massive volcanic outburst on Io, one of Jupiter's moons.

In the images that have been sent to us, the center is Jupiter, and you can see the flash that comes out, from that flash a large amount of io matter emanates, the little balls that you see on the left are the other large moons of Jupiter.

In the video we see the big moons of Jupiter and one of them is io that looks almost like a comet, because of how it expels material due to the massive eruption, io is just a little bigger than the moon than our moon and it is an extremely volcanic world .

The research has been published by the Institute of Planetary Sciences on January 3 and the images were taken with a small robotic telescope at the observatory located near the city of Benson in Arizona.

All this causes the core of the moon io to heat up and from there comes all that energy that causes volcanic activity, in the image above you can see the volcanic activity of io with infrared, all the bright spots you see are volcanoes, eruptions , lava lakes is something tremendous some eruptions expel columns of sulfur and lava that reach hundreds of kilometers high.

There is no atmosphere or it is very little, but very toxic, gravity is similar to that of our moon and therefore the lava comes out more easily there, it is another fantastic phenomenon of the cosmos.
