To develop empathy it is necessary to have an active listening to what others have to say, this means that we must pay attention to their body language, their tone of voice, their entire expression as well as the type of words they are using in that moment. moment in this way you can interpret their emotions and their point of view much better.
Another way to develop empathy is by asking questions, but these should be open questions to deepen the understanding of each partner's particular situation, such as asking them what they think about a certain topic instead of believing that we know what they are thinking, here you can also add your own experience, you can create an atmosphere of trust when you share your own experience and thus create a stronger bond.
You must develop the ability to understand the emotions of others, this is very important to develop empathy, when a co-worker looks upset or sad you can only ask him how he feels and this shows some interest on your part, try not to give opinion, you must develop the ability to be impartial and see different points of view without judging.

De las habilidades más importante en un entorno social o laboral es la de desarrollar empatía, esta nos permite mejorar nuestra relación con los demás siendo esta de manera efectiva y positiva, la empatía puede ayudar a que nos entendamos mucho mejor con nuestros compañeros de trabajo, ¿cómo desarrollamos la empatía?.
Para desarrollar la empatía es necesario tener una escucha activa de lo que los demás tienen para decir, esto significa que debemos prestar atención a su lenguaje corporal, su tono de voz, toda su expresión así como también el tipo de palabras que está utilizando en ese momento de esta forma puedes interpretar mucho mejor sus emociones y su punto de vista.
Otra forma de desarrollar la empatía es realizando preguntas, pero estas deben ser preguntas abiertas para profundizar en la comprensión de la situación particular de cada compañero como por ejemplo puedes preguntarle qué es lo que piensa de determinado tema en lugar de creer que sabemos lo que está pensando, aquí también puedes añadir tu propia experiencia, puedes crear un ambiente de confianza cuando compartes tu propia experiencia y de esta manera crear un lazo más fuerte.
Debes desarrollar la habilidad de entender las emociones de los demás, esto es muy importante para desarrollar empatía, cuando un compañero de trabajo se lo ve molesto o triste solamente puedes preguntarle cómo se siente y esto demuestra un cierto interés de tu parte, trata de no dar opinión, debes desarrollar la capacidad de ser imparcial y ver diferentes punto de vista sin juzgar.
Un punto muy importante es que si aplica todo lo anterior aprenderás también a trabajar en equipo y de esta manera puedes desarrollar el sentido de comprensión, apoyo mutuo y de comunidad, en todos estos procesos de trabajo en equipo puedes desarrollar la capacidad para entender y valorar el punto de vista de cada uno de ellos, juntos pueden reflexionar esto lleva al autoconocimiento y conocer nuestras propias emociones y las de los demás nos permite ser mucho más empáticos ¿Te animas a practicar todo esto?
