Torturing and killing animals such as dogs, cats, elephants, birds are criminal offense and punishable by law.
The monk has to be more watchful these days as two cats have become pregnant. I hope that the crazy woman would decide to leave these cats alone.

One cannot simply decide how someone lunatic can ever think. Regardless, is adoption a thing? If you have a safer space than the streets, I think the cats would absolutely appreciate it. Now I'm hooked up to see how those two mama cats pull through 🥺
