What do you do to overcome stress in life ?
have you been in a situation where you feel like leaving out everything , how should someone handle this situations.

Sometimes the things that we use to find stress relief actually cause stress. When it gets that serious it is time to take a step back. Personally I withdraw to the woods for some fresh air and exercise. I listen to what the birds are saying and watch the chipmunks and squirrels.
This is the trail behind my house. I need to get out there every once and a while but sometimes at work I get overwhelmed. I cannot walk to the forest. I have to face it right then and there. At that time I take a deep breath. If possible I step in the hall and close my eyes. Sometimes I literally count back from ten to one. This has saved me from a lot of conflict.
I wouldn't recommend closing your eyes when you are driving or operating heavy machinery, but traffic related stress and stress on the job is sometimes overwhelming. One of my friends has a classical guitar playlist just for when there is heavy traffic. This cools him down. As for me I avoid the car completely and take the train to work.

I don't own that land. It belongs to the university behind our house.
It doesn't matter, you can enjoy it constantly and it's enjoyable.
Nothing much ,after having a stressful time or event due to what I do for a living,I try to refresh my body and most importantly I relax my brain 🧠 cause that is the best way to take away lot of pain and thought that can be very damaging to the Heath
You are not alone here buddy. All of us go through such days and it's absolutely normal. I've, honestly, kind of started ignoring such stress because all it does is mental harm. You have to think beyond it, think about what loss you are incurring with this unwanted stress in your life. You could rather watch a movie or had some happy moments with your family, earned yourself some money, or written another post.
The best way to get out of such situations is to stop feeling pity for yourself. Step out, take a walk, breath fresh air, come back and without wasting another minute, get to work. And when you gain good from your work, your stress is gone.
Truth be told to me when I'm stressed, I just try to forget everything around me and listen to a good music that soothes the soul and just sing along. Doing this makes me feel better a lot no matter how stressed I was.
Oh yeah I've been in situations like this one many times but when I halt and look at what I'm aiming at and how much of a profit I'll gain from it I'll just say to myself that " I am a conqueror and I must conquer and overcome whatever situation it is" and boom! I keep going but then if you see that what you've been struggling for or aiming at has less value and I feel like giving up or as you said leaving out, honestly I'll just leave it and do something better.
I found your response really helpful , me too take sometime out to listen to music. forgetting everything is not easy but actually we can keep ourself busy.

Stress can be defined as the change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain and one of the good way to overcome stress is by doing exercise this as really work for me alot

Well what I do to overcome stress is quite simple, I just ignore whatever that will get me think then listen to music and take a nap.
Sometimes I choose to relax in the pool for the whole body to be calm.
I remember the simple fact that everything comes to an end, this includes whatever might be stressing me.
Don't sweat the small stuff
I have been in your shoes many times , you can believe me on one thing that the most important thing is that you need to make your mind positive.
Because when we are in this situation everything negative starts capturing our mind.
I can only say that do what you like , don't stress. friends, music , parents share it.

Have had a lot of stress lately, with lockdown and many aspects of my life changing rapidly now that we're coming out of it I'm often feeling overwhelmed and losing the overview.
