I agree that happiness requires some work and this is where most of us miss it.

We expect this state of mind to just 'fall on us' rather than work to be happy. The more effort we put in, is what we get.

We cannot antagonise everyone/everything around us and still expect to be happy. This is enlightening. Well done. 🙂
