Need to admit, it is not easy to live life today, especially in an environment filled with feelings of worry, we will be forced to look to the future as a steep day with full anticipation, but most of them are still stuck with the fear of the past, even though the truth is is if we want to be happy to live life today then we should have to forget the past & the future, something that has happened and what will happen we should not make it a burden that makes us unhappy today.

The way to live a happy life today is by making life more real and increasing the values ​​of creativity that you have pursued so far, whatever creativity you are engaged in is very important to increase in order to make life feel happier, but it will be very difficult to happen when we tire ourselves with regrets of the past and feelings of worry about the future, we have to get out of that trouble and find a peaceful space to make it worthwhile.

Happiness is an important moment that will come to someone when they focus on the present life, happiness will never come to those whose life is full of regrets, sadness & worries, wants to be happier at work, wants to be happier in relationships, wants to be happier in Career then each of us must ensure that all the natural strengths we have are only focused on doing creative things for the present without the need to think about the past and the future.

Everyone will get more happiness when they focus on the things they are doing today, because subconsciously we will get valuable experiences from our environment is the fruit of our focus, on the other hand we can analyze ourselves and question what is happening. we like and what we don't like, isn't this great? Do we want to get something more ? Do we want to have great peace? It will only happen when our body and soul are in our present position, not in the past or in the future.

The bad news that is happening today we can see clearly, why so many people who do not have confidence in themselves, they shut themselves up and remain silent as if the world is very narrow, if you think about it carefully it happened thanks to the worries that has been instilled into him, even though each of us can have a good level of confidence when we practice to become stronger where we are now regardless of what has happened in the past and what will happen in the future, when we are ready for the present then we will easily face what happened and finish well instead of us waiting for the outcome of our fight.

Apart from that, the other way that we often do is "contemplation", it is necessary to know that excessive contemplation is a bad way of living life, when we do this it is the same as locking ourselves in a dark room, when we see light through the gap in the window we will see it as an illusion because we have limited ourselves with a wall of worry, more or less Each of us must have had an unpleasant past, such as regret, trauma, betrayal and so on, but it will come back to the surface when we do contemplation, so stop contemplating is the solution to make our life real and happy today.

The point is that every one of us who wants to live a happy life then we have to make sure our focus is only for now, don't be trapped by the past or the future, every one of us deserves to be happy it's just that we want to embrace it or not.

Keep doing the best for yourself and the surrounding environment is a noble way of life both from God's side and from the side of humanity.
