I've used Binance and for some reason I thought I could deposit HBD there. Similar problems have been fixed with Bittrex in a matter of hours. They have the private keys for the account and refuse to refund the HBD. There is $1300 HBD locked up in the Binance account @deepcrypto08 and they can easily refund the dollars. I avoid it like the plague.
I have to object to this term "p2p" for CEX exchanges. You are using a server in the case of an exchange. This is not peer to peer. A DeX is https://wallet.hive.blog/market .
