I probably should be asking a question like this to @antisocialist... but I think the answer might be 'Whale voting' and the BIG voting trails activity. (?)
Mine seems to be predicted correctly on peakd.
I haven't noticed that my vote value has dropped, but I have been crapitalized a little more, lately.
The top cannot vote rewards without taking them from the bottom, this is a zero sum game.
Neither can anybody else take out rewards that don't reduce the value of the votes of somebody with less hp.
Hive is a crab bucket.
It's the ones taking candy from us babies that chap my hide.
We need a 1000mv voluntary cap on daily voting.
Until we get that, the stincyness will persist.
Have you looked on hivestats to see if you can spot any anomalies?
At this point I would be surprised to find any bugs in the code.
It could be a front end or api thing.
Or, like you say, the whales could be sucking out even more.

Yeah, it could be a front end thing somehow. I'll vote through another front end to see if my votes get cut up to 50% there too...
