How to fight fear

Someone once said to me "when you believe in yourself" then the whole world will open up to you, opportunity after opportunity arises, a better life, everything will come to you and in the end you will realize that the greatest ability so far lies behind your fear, your self-doubt & your irrational way of thinking, the Universe doesn't necessarily give us what we want but the universe will give us something we can handle in an extraordinary way.

The person is more assertive of his statement "I'm not trying to make you bad" I'm just trying to be honest, until you trust yourself to take some serious steps in your life, don't worry you will always feel like leaving a piece of tuna on the table, like ignore your potential, will you suffer? Well not at all, but is that the purpose of your life? Looking for a safe life, avoiding misery? Yes you have to answer it yourself.

Advice from self-help and arousal proclaimers will never help you all the time, at best it can only diagnose your problem and at least give you advice, but the other best way you need to do is a leap of faith and absolutely nothing. There are other ways you can do to get what you want in life.

Life is unique on the one hand we will feel like heroes when we succeed in doing something both small and big things, but on the other hand we will feel that we are like slaves who are continuously controlled by time, we are forced to keep moving, we continue to be forced to keep moving, changing and so on, the fact is we don't need to conquer time so time will not conquer us what we need to do is walk in balance with time.

Many people think that fear is false evidence that seems real, oh no, no fear is real, our brain will never give us false evidence, but as sane human beings we must try to fight fear in order to protect our psychological state from feeling sick along the way.

We can't really get rid of fear, but we can try and try to get a better understanding to direct the energy like bodybuilders in lifting weights, using heavier weights to test their guts, you will surely find ways to create fear instead of Avoid it, this is what it means to be an intuitive process that you can only discover through trial and error and a diagnosis will get you started.

Usually we don't trust ourselves to overcome the fear of ignorance, for example "I'm going to dive to the bottom of the sea" but I'm afraid of the dark scenery and predatory monsters down there, I want to play sky on the snow mountain but I don't know if there will be ruins there , yes basically why fear often comes into our lives because of our limitations in terms of solutions.

What kind of solution do we need? This is what we mean at the beginning of the article "Leap of faith" we must convince ourselves that at the bottom of the sea there is a beautiful view & at the top of the mountain there is eternal snow that will never collapse, if we don't take a leap of faith we will forever be haunted unfounded fear let alone a way out.

Self-confidence is the initial foundation that must be built by each of us to fight the fear monsters that appear suddenly attacking a valuable part of our lives, namely mental, freeing ourselves from fear can only be done by ourselves, others only can encourage us to start, you can start this from the bottom like blinking an eye at a beautiful girl you don't know, the odd response you will get is a precious pleasure.
