It seems absurd living my father's property in lagos as a landlord to live in ibadan as a tenant, but many would not understand the importance of having tour own thing. My father left his father's house in Imo to find his path in Onitsha before moving to lagos. We all need to find our path and stand on our own. The economic situation in the country makes it hard but i think it is worth trying. Many good things can come out of that experience

I just remembered that you are also based in Ibadan. One of my friend asked her secretary to reach out to agents on my behalf based on the specs l gave her for my choice of an apartment.
I'm looking into things gradually so that I wouldn't have to work too hard in 2 months time, which is my official house hunting and relocation period.
well good luck house hunting. it isn't easy but it is worth it and you can get affordable housing in ibadan. although location matters and they might want to cut your neck for the first year rent.
