The way people move up the ladder in this community is very exciting. A big part of it has to do with hard-work. No bootlicking, no shady stuff. Just work hard and use your reward the way you like.

it is always important to have a long, short and mid-term strategy. this is a unique chance to grow and earn simultaneously and almost be influential in a growing community. I did not have this chance in other communities.
