Flowers for Mom

in Proof of Brain3 years ago (edited)

Today our two daughters, @iveta and @ligit visited us with two large bouquets of flowers for @ingapete, their Mom and my wife. Today in Lithuania we celebrate Mother's day.

There is almost nothing what can make my wife more happy, than a bunch of flowers will do

As I have not noticed any posts mentioning this day in online international media, I went to Wikipedia to see, if maybe this is not the most widely celebrated day of Mom's in the world.
To my large surprise, I found that only nine countries in the whole world do this exactly our way, on the first Sunday of May

But this does not make the significance of this day any less, or any different

I think we may see many more mentioning this one week form now

That's a very sweet thing to do. Glad you had a great Mother's day @onealfa.pob.

In India, we celebrate it on 2nd Sunday of May. But as you mentioned, it's the feeling that matters the most and makes it more special. Doesn't matter the day or date.

Good to see the gathering.
It actually does feel good when the family unites :)

What a nice gesture from your daughters. All about the little things that matter the most in life. Sounds like you guys had a great time together.

Yes, we sure had.

Such beautiful flowers sir, you have amazing family with full of love and happy mothers day then :)

Posted via proofofbrain.io

Yes, you said it all quite precisely. Thanks!

Very nice. I like your vase!
Over here (The Netherlands) Mother's Day is indeed the second week of May.

It's great that your family makes time and brings flowers for their mom.

I see Romania over there as well. We actually celebrated Easter today.

Beautiful brother, happy Mother's day to your wife. Mother's day in Australia is this Sunday and can't wait ❤

In my country (Venezuela) Mother's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday in May. Nor am I seeing shocks in social networks regarding this date... But, I suppose there is still time...

And how nice, a bouquet of flowers as a gift, they are a Yaz!

For my part, I still think what to give to my mother. Greetings.

Well I think there is an error I only see symbols and not letters and they told me is that because I do not have the font with which they write that is why I see it like this, anyway, you decide whether they are good or they are not

I think this post does not deserve so many votes for writing 4 sentences, but we already know the weight it has in the community

This is a user who takes advantage of the votes they give him, he always writes the same thing and only changes the letters he wins, I gave him a negative vote in the community with my reflection, but I would like you to see it too, greetings https://www.proofofbrain.io/@photosnap

Another user who takes advantage of the votes to win the tokens, and always writes the same thing.

I hope that by doing this, my friends will not give me a negative vote.
As always you decide on this user

This is another user who does not contribute anything that everything is a loop https://www.proofofbrain.io/@barmbo

By the way I do not know if I am doing good or bad, the truth is that I would not like you to take me for heavy, and I would like you to tell me if I continue doing this or if I stop doing it, I wait for an answer, while I do. I am not going to report a post that does not contribute anything.

a greeting
