It could be a friendly conversation and perhaps the reason why this person might have reached out in the first place was to know if there's a magical way it's done.
The key is definitely in finding out the REASON and how a certain person was onboarded... To find expectations, and to have a "realistic" talk about it... I think that could help out a lot with retention!
Yeah, but sometimes the realistic talk could also mean "more effort" and somehow, it disappoints some people to know they need to put in more efforts
