I can agree with most of your observations, and, in my opinion, the best thing about POB is tokenomics... But, that's not enough to be a successful project on HIVE... Another good thing is that it's a kind of a "general niche" tribe and it doesn't have big competition in that field at the moment (except Hive itself)...
Regarding the bad sides, you have pointed out some hot problems like a better frontend, whitepaper, and adding some use-cases for the token...
