Good afternoon everyone, I hope you had a nice weekend, although there are still a few hours left.
As the title says, today was an afternoon of pancakes, this traditional dessert to accompany any of the main meals of the day. It can be filled with candy of different flavors, sugar, chocolate or dulce de leche, however they are made they are delicious.
The preparation is very simple, flour, eggs, milk and a little oil, mix everything looking for an almost liquid preparation and then cook them in the pancake maker over low heat so they don't burn.

Buenas tardes a todos, espero que hayan pasado un lindo fin de semana, aunque todavía quedan unas horas.
Como dice el titulo hoy fue una tarde de panqueques, este traicional postre para acompañar en cualquiera de las comidas principales del día. Se puede rellenar con dulce de diferentes sabores, azúcar, chocolate o dulce de leche, sea como se hagan son riquísimos.
El preparado es muy simple, harina, huevos, leche y un poco de aceite, se mezcla todo buscando una preparación casi líquida para después cocinarlos en la panquequera a fuego mínimo para que no se quemen.
Bueno esto es todo lo que quería compartir. Hasta la próxima.
