Because the sound of this machine is already noisy or rough, so the day we will replace the pump machine for the pool water filter so that the sound is smooth again and not harsh like before ..
First, we prepare the tools and materials, such as keys, pliers, screwdrivers and the others, do not forget the new bearing to be attached to the filter pump engine, for the serial number the bearing is 6203 as much as two rings, because this machine uses two rings with a serial number. which is the same which is 6203 ..
Now we first open the filter pump engine, first we open the fan cap of the filter pump engine, after that we remove the fan by prying it out using a screwdriver ...
If the fan is already open, then remove the wayer part so that we can easily remove the rotor of the filter pump engine, we open the wayer bolts, we remove the wayer, well, then we open the cover of the upper and lower part of the roll of the engine, we loosen all the bolts. -the bolt that is on the engine, if we have knocked it on the top and bottom using a hammer to release it from the engine body ..
If everything is loose, we just have to take out the rotor axles from the engine windings, after that we just need to remove the bearing from the rotor axles by pulling them out using a special bearing extractor tool, we attach the tool to the bering section, then we knock using a hammer while we tighten the bolts in the the tool so that the bearing is pulled and released, do it like that until it comes off ...
So now we just need to install the new bearing into the US rotor, by tapping it, ta before we knock it using a hammer, we first coat the new bering with the old bering so that the new bearing is not damaged by the hammer ...
If all the new Bearing has all been installed, we just have to assemble the engine again, from the installation of the body cap, the fan, then the wayer, if everything is installed, the last process is to test it and if it has been tested, we just need to install it again in the swimming pool ...
