Meeting with School Friends
After almost 17 years of leaving High School, a friend managed to invite us to his house to those of us who were the 2004 generation, the invitation seemed great to me, to be able to meet with old friends, to know what their lives have been, how they have been How much have they changed, if they have matured, if life has been easy or perhaps difficult for them, all this raises many questions and brings feelings of nostalgia to see how time passes and does not stop, one day we are children, another we are adolescents and another we are men and women of the family.
The day of the meeting arrived, after planning in advance, and with the Biosafety measures imposed by the Health authorities of our State, which consists of a week of total quarantine and another week of a flexible quarantine and with sanitary controls.
But when arriving at the meeting only a few friends attended the meeting, and when I talked with the others, what I got as an answer was that most of the other colleagues that we studied together are outside of Venezuela, scattered in many countries of South America, This is due to the economic crisis the country is going through and which has caused many people to leave their homes and families in search of better job and social opportunities.
But on the other hand, it was also very happy moments to share with old friends, to know how they have been in all this time since leaving high school. Pleasant conversations, a cool atmosphere, a rich mint and ginger lemonade to refresh the afternoon.
Remembering past moments and reliving stories that happened with good friends is a moment that everyone should have and share in a healthy and comforting way.
Stopping and laughing a bit, relaxing and enjoying a cool afternoon should be on our busy schedule for every certain occasion, to remind us that happiness is always within our reach and it is enough just to want to be happy and enjoy.
I dedicate this post to all good friends in the world, who can always have the opportunity to share and laugh a little ... and for all those friends who are not physically but who live in our hearts. Happy day to all my friends from POB and POB Daily.
